Bhajia za Gram Flour

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Gram flour
  • Half a cup of water or milk
  • Tumeric or egg yellow food colour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Finely chopped dhania
  • Finely chopped capsicum(hoho)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan
  3. Scoop the batter with a spoon and deep fry in the oil. Cook on medium flame
  4. Let each turn brown then geuza (turn) for each side to cook
  5. Waaau you have yourself the best and easiest gram flour bhajias. Serve with tamarind sauce also called ukwaju.
