Ingredients
- 2 cups of Gram flour
- Half a cup of water or milk
- Tumeric or egg yellow food colour
- Vegetable oil
- Finely chopped onions
- Finely chopped dhania
- Finely chopped capsicum(hoho)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth batter.

- Heat the oil in a large pan
- Scoop the batter with a spoon and deep fry in the oil. Cook on medium flame
- Let each turn brown then geuza (turn) for each side to cook
