Minced meat has always been my go to frugal meal. Usually for goat minced meat I don’t boil.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg minced meat
- 1 big onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Garlic and ginger mash to create a paste
- 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- I teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to your preference
- Soy sauce
Preparation
In a sufuria fry the ginger and garlic paste for 2 minutes then add chopped onions fry till golden brown.Add the spices, garam masala, black pepper and tomato paste and fry for 2 minutesAdd the minced meat let it cook until brown. Then add chopped tomatoes and cover for the tomatoes to cook.To your preference add hoho. Make sure the minced meat doesn’t start burning. Add soy sauce kidogo don’t overdo. Soy sauce gives food a deep brown colour. Yummy colour. Let it cook for 3 minutes.Serve with rice or mashed potatoes with a side of avocado.Enjoy your meal.
